Q:  How long will it take to receive my order?

A:  Items take 7-10 business days to ship, although we try our best to beat that time!  Once an item is shipped, delivery will depend on the carrier and shipping speed chosen at checkout.

Q: Can I return my item?

A: Unfortunately, based on the nature of our products all sales are final.  However, if an item comes to you damaged, please email us with the order number and a picture of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving the package.  Please direct any emails to saundrarosepdx@gmail.com.

Q:  Do your products contain any preservatives?

A: We only use natural preservatives such as Vitamin E.  Any additional questions about our ingredients may be answered here.
